At Nourae, we care about your satisfaction and are here to support you even after your purchase. While we ensure quality in every piece, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible Return & Exchange policy designed to give you peace of mind.
🔁 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete
The product received does not match the size you ordered
The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all labels and tags intact

Please mention your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once approved, you’ll be given instructions on how to return the item.
🚚 Return/Exchange Terms
Customers are responsible for the return courier charges.
Any exchange charges are also to be paid by the customer.
Claims and exchanges may take 5–7 working days to process once the returned item is received.
Online purchases can be exchanged in-store (if applicable).
During busy periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
Note: Articles purchased during sales or promotions are only eligible for exchange if the item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
❌ No Refunds Policy
At this time, Nourae does not offer refunds. However, if an item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, a refund may be processed under special circumstances.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued in PKR only
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable
Currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds may take 7–10 working days, depending on your payment method
🌍 International Orders
Currently, Nourae does not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. All items are carefully inspected by our quality team before shipment.
If the customer refuses to accept delivery, Nourae is not obligated to refund or compensate the order.
In rare, approved cases, if a return or exchange is accepted:
The customer must send the item back to our Lahore-based operations facility
Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer
Item will be inspected before any decision on exchange or compensation is made
🧵 Customized Orders
All customized or altered orders (including made-to-measure designs) are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a customized product with incorrect measurements, please send us pictorial evidence, and we will evaluate the case to resolve it as best as possible.
